Responsibilities
Assist the team in managing relationships with retailers, ensuring timely delivery of required data to support business needs.
Validate and verify the accuracy of reports and retailer data to help maintain data integrity across systems and analyses.
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and actionable insights for meetings with retailers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and contribute to projects that drive business growth.
Help monitor and organize data workflows to ensure processes run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve reporting, insights, and client engagement.
Learn and apply analytical tools and techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field with a quantitative focus, with expected graduation by December 2028.
Academic coursework or knowledge in finance, economics, data science, statistics, marketing/marketing analytics, data visualization, and/or logic is preferred.
Strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking, excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus but not required.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) is desirable.
Technology aptitude and willingness to learn and work with new solutions and platforms.
Creative problem-solving skills, ability to frame a business problem, design and execute an analysis plan, synthesize data findings into business insights, and translate them into effective data visualizations.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
