About the role

  • Analyst II focusing on Oracle EPM Cloud projects at Invesco. Managing EDMCS implementations and serving as a liaison between finance and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support EPM Cloud projects, focusing on EDMCS implementations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Configure EDMCS views, data chains, and manage metadata migration.
  • Implement data governance frameworks and automate metadata processes.
  • Troubleshoot metadata and integration issues, support user permissions maintenance.
  • Conduct workshops, user acceptance testing, and user training as necessary.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ consulting or corporate experience, including managing EPM Cloud projects.
  • Hands-on with 1–2 full implementations and support of EDMCS, ideally alongside FCCS/ARCS.
  • Proficiency in metadata development workflows, including hierarchy building, version control, and environment migration.
  • Experience configuring and understanding of data integration concept
  • Lead one or more full-cycle implementations/Support of Oracle EPM Cloud—particularly EDMCS—with planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Serve as the primary functional liaison between finance stakeholders and technical teams—gather requirements, design solutions, and translate business needs into EDMCS metadata models, hierarchies, workflows, and security setups.
  • Configure EDMCS views, data chains, external source integrations, subscriptions, and exports; manage metadata migration between environments.
  • Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, validation rules, and workflows to ensure metadata accuracy and compliance.
  • Work with orchestration tools like EPM Automate or Data Integration Pipeline to schedule metadata loads and automate processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to metadata, integrations, user permissions, and system performance; support day-to-day incident and change request activities.
  • Participate in client workshops, conduct UAT, train end-users, and prepare documentation.
  • Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates and new features, providing timely recommendations and adoption strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Effective communication skills—working directly with business users and technical teams, facilitating workshops, and handling support tickets.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and stakeholder management skills.
