Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and execute customer facing marketing campaigns and event day communications across different channels in-line with the SPAM Act.
Write exciting and engaging copy that drives ticket sales, audience growth, and customer retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and organize event details, promotions, and campaign content.
Target relevant audiences and utilize A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and messaging.
Provide post-campaign reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate channel activity against benchmarks to identify optimization opportunities.
Maintain best practices by keeping up to date with industry news and ensuring all content meets channel standards.
Contribute creative ideas to strengthen marketing initiatives and improve internal processes.
Requirements
A degree in Marketing, or 1 year experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and well developed time management skills to manage multiple deadlines.
Basic HTML and image manipulation skills using Canva and Photoshop.
Strong written skills with proven experience creating unique content and copywriting with a knack for writing persuasive and engaging content.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms such as Monday.com
Experience using an email marketing platform or an understanding of customer segmentation preferred. Proficiency using Braze is a strong advantage.
An understanding of privacy policies and the SPAM Act.
