CRM Engineer responsible for developing Salesforce platform components and maintaining data pipelines. Supporting SDLC and technical enhancements in a remote capacity with occasional travel to North Carolina.
Responsibilities
Developing, integrating, and maintaining technical components of the Salesforce platform
Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Implement system enhancements and ensure alignment with established design standards and governance practices
Develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs
Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Design and execute SOQL-based data extractions and transformations
Collaborate on or maintain SSIS packages and related data-handling workflows
Support integrations between Salesforce and telephony platforms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a directly related field
Minimum of three (3) years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and LWC
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, APIs, integrations, or ETL processes
Experience writing efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and working with large data volumes
Experience with DevOps workflows, version control, and CI/CD tools
Experience participating in Agile development and SDLC governance
Experience supporting or interacting with CTI/telephony integrations strongly preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
