About the role

  • Client Services Manager ensuring high-standard service delivery for prestigious entertainment clients in Melbourne. Liaising with internal departments and focusing on client satisfaction and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • The Client Services Manager will join our Ticketek team based in Melbourne.
  • This role will work closely with clients from VIC's most prestigious venues.
  • Ensure each client receives a high standard of service delivery.
  • Liaise directly with our clients as well as various internal departments such as marketing, web, technology and finance to ensure our clients maintain a high level of service delivery.

  • Be able to troubleshoot and problem solve.

  • Ability to develop new and existing relationships with clients.
  • Ability to resolve client/customer problems in a helpful manner.
  • Understanding or ability to learn ticketing systems and processes.
