Responsibilities
Maintain existing and develop new long-term customer relationships
Conduct regular customer visits to identify needs and optimization opportunities

Prepare customer-specific quotations
Follow up on open inquiries and monitor scheduled appointments

Maintain customer and visit data in the CRM system
Prepare reports on sales activities, customer needs and feedback
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trade profession
Product experience in servicing CHP (combined heat and power) engines, preferably Scania engines
Professional experience in sales desirable
CRM knowledge and experience with MS Office
Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
Willingness to travel frequently and effective time management
Empathy and customer orientation
Reliability, flexibility and ability to work independently
