About the role

  • Drive sales growth in the Berlin region through proactive on-site selling and technical customer consulting. Build and expand lasting customer relationships while managing the full sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Active on-site sales: You are responsible for sales in your assigned region and independently drive sales success.
  • Technical customer consulting: You provide competent technical advice to customers, develop tailored solutions and position our products convincingly.
  • Building and expanding customer relationships: You manage existing accounts, acquire new customers and develop both sustainably.
  • Managing the entire sales process: From need assessment through presentation to a successful close, you handle every step.
  • Market and opportunity development: You analyze your market, identify opportunities early and leverage them to win new projects.
  • Proposal and closing management: You present offers, support decision-making processes and confidently negotiate to a successful outcome.
  • Participation in sales initiatives: You support sales campaigns and actively contribute your own ideas for further development.
  • Process optimization: You provide input to improve internal processes as well as to further develop products and services.
  • Company representation: You represent our company professionally at trade shows, events and customer meetings, strengthening our market presence.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, ideally with an electrical engineering background, and a genuine enthusiasm for technical products.
  • Enjoyment of personal customer contact, presenting and selling independently in field sales.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities directly with customers, develop solutions and take responsibility for the sales territory.
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to engage proactively with technical topics.
  • Good digital and organizational skills, confident negotiation abilities and a structured, goal-oriented work style.
  • High initiative, reliability and strong team spirit when collaborating with internal interfaces.
  • Convincing, professional and dependable demeanor at appointments, presentations and events.
