About the role

  • Field Sales role for SIG Sales GmbH in Itzehoe, organizing customer logistics and personnel management. Engaging in quality control and training tasks with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

  • You organize the timely stocking and merchandising of goods in your territory according to customer specifications
  • Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective actions
  • Recruit and hire new employees
  • Onboard and train employees
  • Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
