About the role

  • Photovoltaik Vertriebsmitarbeiter engaging customers for photovoltaic solutions through various outreach methods. Collaborating with planning and implementation teams to drive local energy transition initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition: proactive new customer acquisition (phone, social media, on-site appointments)
  • Consultation: needs analysis, clear and personalized proposal presentation
  • Proposal creation and individualized customization
  • Managing prospects through to contract signing
  • Aftercare & referral marketing (actively engaging existing customers)
  • Participation in local events / networking meetings

Requirements

  • Interest in sales and sustainable technologies
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor (including phone)
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated and a team player
  • Class B driving license preferred
  • Initial sales experience is a plus — career changers with drive and willingness to learn are explicitly welcome
