Account Executive developing relationships with B2B or B2C clients for ACOM Sistemas' ERP solutions. Responsible for upselling and client satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B or B2C clients, acting as a strategic point of contact;
Proactively identify opportunities to offer upgraded versions of products or services (upsell) or complementary solutions (cross-sell);
Responsible for explaining to clients the benefits and added value of new features or plans, ensuring they understand how the new solutions can be effective;
Conduct the sales process in a consultative manner;
Perform ongoing follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and success with the acquired solutions, reducing churn and strengthening loyalty;
Keep the CRM up to date with all interactions and opportunities, and prepare progress reports and sales forecasts for management;
Work closely with Customer Success (CS) and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and identify the best moments for expansion approaches.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in Inside Sales, account management, or Customer Success, with a track record of success in upsell or cross-sell;
Strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections;
Analytical mindset, with ease analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities;
Excellent relationship-building skills and empathy to understand customer needs;
Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities;
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Agendor) and sales technologies.
