About the role

  • Paid Media Specialist leading multichannel strategies at Tecsa Group to maximize ROI and demand generation through analytics and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our advanced paid media initiatives and serve as the technical reference for the area.
  • Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Taboola, among others.
  • Implement full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) focused on acquisition, conversion and retention.
  • Analyze data in depth, produce strategic reports and present actionable insights.
  • Manage performance KPIs (CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, LTV and CAC), ensuring efficiency and predictability of investments.
  • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, targeting, copy and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with content, design, product and commercial teams to maintain consistency across campaigns, offers and positioning.
  • Develop remarketing, nurturing and lead recovery strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, new tools and innovation opportunities.
  • Track the user journey and recommend improvements to pages, flows and digital touchpoints.
  • Act as a technical reference point, supporting the development of the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Digital Performance, Data-Driven Marketing or Growth Marketing will be considered a plus.
  • Solid experience managing multichannel paid media.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and budget management.
  • Experience planning, executing and monitoring campaigns across different platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and continuous experimentation.
  • Ability to integrate with internal teams for strategic alignment.
  • Analytical skills to interpret metrics, reports and models.
