About the role

  • Product Owner responsible for digital transformation and automation projects in Brazil. Leading service improvements and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the structured and sustainable evolution of the organization’s services by leading the review, redesign and automation of processes, transforming fragmented operations into scalable, traceable and efficiency-driven solutions.
  • The PO is responsible for translating complex operational needs into clear, prioritized and actionable functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business and technology and driving measurable impact through continuous improvement.
  • Lead a comprehensive review of the 78 existing services, identifying bottlenecks, manual activities and opportunities for automation.
  • Produce the detailed functional documentation required for service redesign, including flows, forms, rules, integrations, automations and acceptance criteria.
  • Work directly with the continuous improvement business team to ensure operational needs are aligned with the proposed solution.
  • Prioritize the backlog, organize deliveries and ensure clarity and traceability of requirements.
  • Facilitate technical and business discussions, ensuring the product vision is understood by all stakeholders.
  • Validate implementations with the technical team, ensuring adherence to the approved functional design.
  • Continuously monitor the impact of automations and support post-implementation adjustments and improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar role in digital transformation and process automation projects.
  • Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially in service modules, form creation, workflows, automations and integrations.
  • Strong ability to map AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes, with a focus on optimization, scalability and reduction of manual tasks.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed functional documentation, including: process flows (BPMN or equivalent), business rules, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements, form specifications, integrations and automations.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and active participation in agile ceremonies.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for development squads.
  • Desirable experience with process design and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL practices and Service Governance is a plus.
