- Drive measurable improvement in platform efficiency - processing automation, submission quality, and time-to-value for customers.
- Balance investment in new capability against keeping existing systems reliable and improving.
- Champion the experience of everyone who depends on the platform - enterprise integrators, suppliers, internal teams, and operations.
- Lead and develop a mixed-seniority team of product managers. Set clear expectations, model accountability, and build a culture that reflects our values.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure the platform is understood, trusted, and adopted across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a platform or developer-facing PM role in B2B SaaS
- Proven people leadership - this is a management role, and a player coach who is hands on and leads by example
- Strong grasp of platform fundamentals: APIs, data architecture, authentication, integration patterns
- A track record of delivering in environments where legacy systems and new architecture coexist
- AI fluency - you use AI tools actively in your day-to-day work; experience building AI-powered products is a strong plus
- Comfortable in ambiguity - you hold a long-term vision while making pragmatic near-term calls
- Strong communicator - you make technical tradeoffs legible to business stakeholders and business priorities legible to engineers
- Enterprise B2B background; experience with data-intensive platforms preferred
