Responsibilities

  • Critically analyze the company's positioning relative to competitors, proposing actions that enhance regional competitiveness
  • Generate and develop opportunities for customer retention and demand creation based on analysis of market potential and customer profiles
  • Lead field sales campaigns and commercial activities, positioning pricing and proposing strategies in collaboration with marketing and customer relationship teams
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with major clients through planned, structured actions focused on value generation
  • Manage the region's strategic accounts, defining targets, volumes and credit policies to maximize profitability and mitigate risks
  • Control and ensure the region's financial results through planning, KPI analysis and adjustments to the commercial strategy
  • Plan and execute initiatives to prospect new regional partners, delivering differentiated experiences and expanding the company's presence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields
  • Knowledge of transport management, agribusiness logistics, routes, negotiation with major market players and strong analytical skills
