About the role

  • Outside Sales Representative driving sales for calibration services in Minnesota. Responsible for identifying new accounts and maintaining client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate leads through various channels like cold calls, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and satisfaction
  • Create tailored sales proposals and quotes
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate service understanding and expectations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Provide regular sales updates and forecasts

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required, AA or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of calibration industry experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 17025, 9001 and calibration principles
  • Knowledge of medical equipment preventive maintenance
  • Initiative-taking with excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM
