About the role
- SAP FICO Consultant specializing in financial accounting and controlling modules. Responsible for implementation, support and compliance tasks within SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)
- Manage Bank Accounting, Tax configuration, Financial Statements, and Closing activities
- Implement New GL and Universal Journal (ACDOCA) in S/4HANA
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory requirements
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Configure Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA
- Support Margin Analysis (Account-based COPA)
- Optimize cost allocation cycles, assessments, and settlements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Participate in S/4HANA implementations, conversions, or rollouts
- Perform FI/CO data migration and reconciliation
- Support S/4HANA Finance innovations (Universal Journal, Fiori apps)
- Collaborate with technical teams on integration with MM, SD, PP, and HR
- Assist in testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and end-user training
- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications
- Provide production support and issue resolution
- Create user manuals and training documents
- Coordinate with stakeholders, auditors, and IT teams
Requirements
- 10+ years Relevant Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Knowledge of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Fiori Integration knowledge with MM, SD, and PP
- Basic understanding of SAP ABAP debugging (preferred)
