Responsibilities
Consulting and configuration within the SmartRecruiters environment.
Support for rollout and implementation.
System expertise from configuration to training key users.
Advising on the optimization of recruiting processes.
Acting as an interface between HR and IT — analytical, solution-oriented, and service-focused.
Participation in (partial) project management and active involvement in shaping internal processes.
Requirements
Proven professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Certification in Employee Central or Onboarding 2.0.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven approach.
Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for new tools.
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong ownership of tasks.
Business-fluent communication skills in German and English.
