  • Ensure consistent, clean and auditable processes between contract bottlers and our SAP S/4HANA.
  • Manage and stabilize system integration.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the integration chain: Bottler → BTP → SAP S/4HANA.
  • Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot interface errors (IDocs, APIs, mapping), and build robust monitoring and governance structures across the entire P2P landscape.
  • Data quality, automation & process optimization.
  • Ensure consistent movement, consumption and inventory data and work closely with Finance, SCM, Production and DataHub.

  • Partner management.
  • Support key users with clear documentation, process designs and SOPs to build internal expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong SAP MM expertise, including production, goods receipt, inventory, consumption and pricing.
  • "Purchase-to-Pay" is not just a buzzword for you — you understand the IT process challenges in a complex supply chain.
  • Experience with contract bottlers, manufacturing partners or FMCG production.
  • Solid knowledge of interface processes (IDoc, BTP Integration Suite, APIs).
  • Understanding of master data logic, inventory management, quality and deviation handling.
  • Ability to act in a structured and pragmatic manner when technical issues arise.
  • Communication skills: clear communication with bottlers, both internal and external stakeholders.

  • High degree of ownership: you keep processes and data running, even when it gets difficult.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative and drive projects forward with a hands-on approach.
  • Team-oriented: you enjoy connecting people and teams, thinking beyond departmental boundaries and thrive in interface roles.
  • Independent: you work autonomously, make clear decisions and take full responsibility for your topics.
  • Location: Hamburg — local presence is required as we meet in the office three times a week.
  • You must be eligible to work in Germany and hold a valid work permit.

Benefits
