About the role
- SAP Field Service Management Consultant optimizing service and field processes via SAP solutions. Working in a hybrid model with a focus on client collaboration and implementation.
Responsibilities
- You optimize service and field operations using SAP Field Service Management, connecting systems, people and mobile services into efficient end-to-end solutions.
- Analyze and advise clients on service processes in plant and field service management using SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
- Design, implement and configure SAP FSM, including integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP and other cloud solutions.
- Capture and translate functional requirements into well-considered process and system solutions covering scheduling, mobile field service and service orders.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions and testing together with business units and key users at our clients.
- Support customer projects across the entire lifecycle — from presales through implementation and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in consulting or application management in the SAP environment, ideally in the CS, PM or SD modules, or with SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
- Good understanding of service and maintenance processes (e.g. scheduling, dispatching, mobile technicians, service orders, SLAs).
- Affinity for cloud solutions and integrations, e.g. between SAP FSM, SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud services.
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in cross-functional, agile teams within the DACH region.
