- Support termination processes, particularly flows related to ED and employee support actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience in Organizational Development and people programs.
- Experience with development, succession, diversity, engagement, and assessment.
- Analytical, organized profile with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Consultative approach when working with leaders and partner areas.
