About the role
- Project Manager overseeing the Cybersecurity Program Office for the U.S. Navy. Managing a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance and delivery of contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the U.S. Navy’s PMW 130 (Cybersecurity Program Office)
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of prime and subcontractor personnel
- Oversee program planning, execution, and financial management
- Foster agile collaboration and ensure alignment with Navy cybersecurity priorities
- Maintain full-time dedication to BSEt's interests
- Author and deliver comprehensive Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and other CDRL deliverables
- Manage program finances, including tracking funded amounts and submitting Notifications of Limitation of Funds
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and subcontractors to resolve issues
- Identify and mitigate risks in technical, scheduling, and cost elements
- Participate in meetings and demos to support mission objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 2 years in U.S. Government contracting, preferably in defense or cybersecurity sectors
- PMP certification or equivalent (e.g., DAWIA Level III) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Navy cybersecurity programs (e.g., NCSA, PMW 130)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure IL5/IL6)
- Proficiency in financial tracking tools (e.g., AMS, eCRAFT, PDREP) and reporting standards (e.g., CDRLs)
- Must possess and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance; prefer a Top-Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one)
