About the role

  • Manage Third Party Business Arrangements at TD Bank, collaborating across internal and external stakeholders for optimal performance. Ensure compliance and mitigate risks through detailed analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML
  • Monitor, analyze and report on performance of Business Arrangements
  • Initiate intake via a Sourcing Request and follow the TPRA process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct meaningful analysis and document Third Party risk issues
  • Lead and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in supply chain management is an asset
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Vendor Management
  • Knowledge of Risk Management environment, standards and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
