Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Compliance Monitoring & Testing Team, this role serves as a strategic partner to the AVP.
  • Responsible for improving how work is prioritized, coordinated, and communicated.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve critical deliverables.
  • Draft executive memos, presentations, and communications for senior executives.
  • Identify process gaps and design scalable, efficient workflows.
  • Provide status oversight and coordinate follow-up on action items.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in strategic operations, program management, consulting, or equivalent enterprise work.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional environments with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex programs, shaping process improvements, and driving change.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Communications, Project Management, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
