Responsibilities
Lead and support the rail network service response capability, function, and team.
Triage and manage critical rail network incident responses through the application of coordinated Command and Control strategies and plans.
Leverage specialist rail operations knowledge and apply critical thinking to effectively inform and coordinate actions of Incident Rail Commanders, Emergency Services, Engineering and Maintenance, Rollingstock, Incident Management and Service Recovery teams and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Extensive experience in incident management within rail or a similar industry.
Experience coaching, mentoring and uplifting the capability of large dispersed teams.
Strong knowledge and application of operational crisis, emergency and incident management frameworks.
Managing critical transport response teams.
Competency in Safely Access the Rail Corridor (SARC).
