Requirements
Undergraduate degree
7+ years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of multiple HR specialties
HR strategy development and policy knowledge
Knowledge of risk management environment and regulations
Ability to lead, plan, and evaluate HR initiatives
Skill in budget management
Experience with analytical software tools and data analysis
Ability to communicate confidential information effectively
Skill in public speaking and delivering presentations
