Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple HR specialties
  • HR strategy development and policy knowledge
  • Knowledge of risk management environment and regulations
  • Ability to lead, plan, and evaluate HR initiatives
  • Skill in budget management
  • Experience with analytical software tools and data analysis
  • Ability to communicate confidential information effectively
  • Skill in public speaking and delivering presentations
