About the role

  • Operations Officer I executing banking transactions accurately and supporting service delivery improvements. Engaging with partners and ensuring compliance with established procedures in Montréal, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Execute transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines / procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Support partners with incoming transactions
  • Interact with partners by responding to requests in an effective and timely manner
  • Complete assigned workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
  • Understand and apply operating policies and procedures
  • Participate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree/ college diploma preferred
  • 0 – 1+ year relevant experience
