About the role

  • Business Operations Support Lead I at TD providing support to wealth planners and ensuring client success. Involves client interaction and administrative support within TD Financial Planning team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level of support to TD Wealth Financial Planners (FP) and Client Service Associates (CSA)
  • Outbound client contact (no cold calling)
  • Maximize support for FPs and CSAs in administrative matters
  • Obtain/compile supporting documentation for Annual Client Reviews
  • Support FP in day-to-day maintenance of client relationship management functions
  • Contribute to LEI results by identifying potential opportunities when interfacing with customers
  • Partner with CSA to facilitate their functions for overall client experience
  • Actively use Salesforce

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Passionate about providing superior customer service
  • Resourceful and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Call center, customer service and/or banking experience (asset)
  • Canadian Securities Course and/or Wealth Management industry experience (nice to have)
  • Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends
  • Bilingual French or Cantonese (asset)
