Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic consultant and primary Marketing contact to the Consumer Deposit Products and Payments (CDPP) business
Build valuable relationships with business leaders by translating business, client, and product strategies into supporting marketing strategies
Collaborate and negotiate with internal and external marketing partners to develop marketing plans, programs, and tactics
Work within an agile pod, including participation in sprint reviews and quarterly PI planning sessions
Conduct campaign oversight and project management for multiple products or overall segment
Apply best practices to implement process, product, and service improvements
Support marketing planning with a comprehensive understanding of how the business operates to solve technical, operational, and business problems
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required
5+ years relevant experience
Proficient knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, and consulting principles
Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
Ability to manage a budget and work within the constraints of that budget
Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
