About the role

Responsibilities
- Providing tax advisory services covering direct and indirect taxes;
- Preparing legal opinions, memoranda and legal analyses;
- Supporting the structuring, review and implementation of corporate transactions;
- Participating in reorganizations, M&A (including due diligence), investments, contracts and projects;
- Handling matters with a special focus on the energy sector;
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams on complex domestic and international transactions.
Requirements
- Law degree (class of 2023–2025);
- Previous experience in tax advisory at a law firm;
- Advanced English;
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
