About the role

  • Lawyer responsible for managing labor cases at vezzilapolla.legal. Hybrid work with a focus on equality and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a labor litigation caseload;
  • Drafting all pleadings and submissions for the caseload;
  • Representing the defendant/respondent;
  • Entering information into the firm’s and client’s systems;
  • Monitoring case progress and procedural deadlines;
  • Other routine tasks related to the caseload;
  • Experience in the enforcement (execution) phase and with e-Social.

Requirements

  • Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
  • Law degree (LL.B or equivalent); postgraduate education in the practice area is desirable;
  • Strong knowledge of labor procedure/process;
  • Prior experience in high-volume (massified) work environments, especially in the execution/enforcement phase;
  • Strong writing and analytical reasoning skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
  • Ability to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands;
  • Advanced Excel proficiency;
  • Strong oral and written communication;
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
