About the role

Requirements
- Law degree and member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec or the Law Society of Ontario
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business/commercial law
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent organizational skills, sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Bilingual (French and English)
