Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders at top-tier real estate firms to obtain project and financial information.
- Create deal-specific memos for unique credit events, translating complex information into clear, actionable summaries.
- Oversee the collection, review, and tracking of necessary documents for loan conversions and reviews.
- Collaborate daily with a diverse team of account managers, analysts, and funders from coast to coast, playing a key role in the workflow that converts construction projects into long-term loans.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and French (verbal and written).
- A proactive, self-driven approach.
- Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Excel or Power BI is considered a valuable asset.
- One (1) year of experience in commercial real estate experience will be considered an asset.
