About the role

  • Administrative support role in Underwriting team at Tarion, assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient workflow. Requires post-secondary enrollment and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day administrative task/activities
  • Check and upload documents in a timely manner
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, organization of files, e-mails, documents, etc.
  • Organize and perform ad-hoc job related duties when assigned
  • Improve administration efficiency
  • Maintain reports in MS Excel
  • Work on projects assigned by Management
  • Partake in team initiatives and provide administrative support where required

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a post-secondary degree program
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong customer service and team player orientation
  • Strong Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated interest in and commitment to continuous learning
