Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients and ensure their needs and expectations are met
  • Identify sales opportunities and acquire new customers
  • Position Workplace solutions and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions
  • Successfully sell services and technologies
  • Conduct outbound telephone prospecting to acquire new customers
  • Develop sales concepts and implement campaigns
  • Manage sales projects
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and expand revenue potential
