About the role
- Senior Accounting expert overseeing HGB and IFRS compliance for international companies in a hybrid role. Preparing consolidated financial reports and advising management on accounting matters.
Responsibilities
- Selbständige Durchführung aller Tätigkeiten im Bereich Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS für die betreuten Gesellschaften
- Vorbereitung des Konzernjahresabschlusses und des Konzernjahresabschlussberichtes
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Überwachung von Accounting Richtlinien, externen Rechtsvorschriften
- Verantwortung für den Jahresabschluss der betreuten Gesellschaften
- Koordination und Durchführung von Teilprojekten
- Beratung der Geschäftsführung in allen Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Ausweisfragen
- Koordination der Berechnung von Unternehmenssteuern und firmeninterner Verrechnungspreise in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern
- Analyse zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen
- Sicher in IFRS, Deutsches Recht (HGB, GoB), Körperschaftssteuer
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Produkten und SAP R/3 FI
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Lösungsorientierung, Analytisches Denken, Integrität und Teamfähigkeit
