About the role

  • Growth Associate designing and executing outbound campaigns for climate-tech startup. Collaborating with teams to generate qualified leads and support go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own approximately 50–60% of lead generation efforts, including market research, campaign design, and account prospecting
  • Run automated, highly personalized outbound campaigns (no high-volume cold calling)
  • Experiment with LinkedIn and Google Ads to support broader marketing efforts
  • Contribute to general operations and ad hoc projects that move the business forward
  • Work closely with leadership and Account Executives to fuel the sales engine

Requirements

  • Familiarity with growth and outbound sales tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Growth Machine)
  • Approximately 6–12 months of outbound or SDR/BDR experience (preferred but flexible)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with semi-technical tools
  • Ability to balance creative experimentation with data-driven decision-making
  • Excited to grow in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment with Fortune 500 exposure
