Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the CoE’s functional and communication strategy.
Establish effective tracking systems and communication channels for streamlined reporting.
Collaborate with leadership to define and implement best-in-class analytics for transparent and accurate business insights.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports covering staffing, hiring, budgeting, project status, and key performance indicators.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Drive operational process optimization initiatives and lead implementation efforts.
Stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies to modernize and automate business operations.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and drive alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Proven experience in data analysis, business insights, and data visualization.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools such as Qlik or similar platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork across functions and global teams while conveying complex technical topics with clarity.
Self-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with the ability to adjust to evolving challenges.
Strong sense of ownership with an analytical, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
Fluent in english and german business language.
