Responsibilities
- Lead the weekly/monthly sales forecasting process, synthesizing data from Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain into a single source of truth.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to challenge assumptions, analyze variances, and align leadership on growth strategies.
- Project-manage high-priority initiatives, such as new product launches, Amazon channel optimization, and holiday peak planning.
- Proactively identify performance gaps or supply chain risks and recommend actionable mitigation plans.
- Design and deliver QBRs and Board materials that distill complex data into clear, "so-what" insights.
- Identify organizational friction and implement scalable tools to improve operational speed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking. Experience at a high-growth consumer hardware or DTC startup is a significant plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Expert-level Excel skills with the ability to build complex, bottoms-up operational models from scratch.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leaders through data-backed insights.
- A structured problem-solver who can pivot between high-level strategy and granular execution.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of turning data sets into clear executive narratives.
