About the role
- Global Business Process Manager designing and implementing Supply to Product processes in SAP S/4HANA. Collaborating with international stakeholders and ensuring compliance with standards while managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for designing and continuously developing global end-to-end process standards in the Supply to Product area with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- You translate functional requirements from production, planning and logistics into systemically sound, SAP-capable processes and prepare them for integration into S/4 templates.
- In close collaboration with Global Process Owners, you align standards, provide professional recommendations and ensure that processes are consistently documented, tested and implementable.
- A significant part of your role is international stakeholder management, particularly balancing global standardization with local requirements.
- Additionally, you contribute to digitization and development initiatives in the production environment.
Requirements
- You hold a degree with an IT or business administration focus and have several years of professional experience in production or the supply chain environment.
- Critical is your systemic understanding, ideally from a role as an SAP Key User, particularly in the PP and MES modules.
- You have experience in process design, working on end-to-end workflows and in project environments with international stakeholders.
- You are comfortable moving between conceptual work and system-focused implementation and can constructively moderate differing interests.
- Very good English skills are required.
- You will work in an international transformation environment with moderate travel willingness (approx. 20–25%) and have the opportunity to contribute to the further development of the global S/4 and process landscape.
