  • Guide and optimize the end-to-end product development process
  • Assist with developing stage-gate frameworks and decision checkpoints
  • Create and maintain process documentation, templates, and training materials

  • Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, cost variance, and quality metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of applicable experience required
  • Exposure to managing product development processes
  • Familiarity with PLM software and project management tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite tools
  • Understanding of stage-gate methodologies, agile principles, and lean product development
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable process improvements
