  • Operations Lead at Bureau managing end-to-end operations, logistics, and vendor partnerships in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence across North America.

Responsibilities

  • own and scale end-to-end operations in a high-growth market
  • lead delivery & installation, build strong vendor partnerships
  • ensure seamless customer experience from order confirmation through to final installation
  • oversee full-cycle order management to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • manage inventory allocation and planning in coordination with global supply teams
  • lead delivery and installation operations and manage third-party installer relationships
  • ensure compliance with local regulations and operational requirements
  • partner with Sales to deliver a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience
  • monitor operational costs and establish key performance metrics
  • identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • approximately 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or field service delivery
  • strong track record of managing third-party vendors or installation partners
  • strong operational mindset
  • financial literacy and operational discipline
  • ability to manage complexity, resolve escalations, and continuously improve processes
  • strong communication skills and sound judgment
  • highly organized and detail-oriented
