Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Architecture: Design and develop robust IT solutions to meet business needs. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with technical standards.
- Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Technology Selection and Evaluation: Support the Enterprise Architect and team in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies. Conduct feasibility studies and create prototypes to test ideas and solutions.
- Integration and Implementation: Align with the Enterprise Architect to integrate new systems into the existing IT landscape, ensuring compatibility and interoperability across platforms.
- Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation. Communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of implemented solutions by performing regular code reviews and technical audits to maintain high standards.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT architecture and solution design with Salesforce software products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Datacloud, etc.) and surrounding systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development, databases, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Certifications in relevant technologies and methods (e.g., AWS, Azure, TO.GAF, SAFe) are highly desirable.
- Industry knowledge in retail is a plus.
- Deep expertise in the offer-to-order process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovate.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Fluent in business English (German is advantageous).
