Responsibilities
Customer service via WhatsApp, operating in a multi-screen environment
Making outbound and inbound calls to offer, negotiate, and provide support for products in the portfolio
Reading, analyzing, completing, and submitting spreadsheets to monitor and track information
Managing emails, including receiving, handling, and responding to customers
Providing customer support for questions, requests, and issue resolution
Monitoring the customer journey, ensuring quality in service and after-sales support.
Requirements
High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education
Experience in telephone sales
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Reliable internet connection
Good verbal and written communication skills.
