About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for our top partners and proactively support them in achieving their goals
  • You analyze the KPIs and individual challenges of partner restaurants
  • With your sales talent you convince partners to adopt additional products and services
  • As an interface, you coordinate closely with other teams
  • You use tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace to strategically develop your region

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in account management, sales, or a comparable role
  • An independent, structured working style
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to new challenges
  • IT affinity and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) as well as Google tools (Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
  • Ideally knowledge of or interest in the restaurant/foodservice industry
  • Very good German skills; English skills are a plus
  • Driver’s license and willingness to work in the field across the Berlin region
