About the role

  • Account Executive driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships at TAGGRS, empowering businesses to unlock the full value of their data. Focused on building a strong sales pipeline and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic outreach, consultative selling and meaningful partnerships.
  • Actively build a strong sales pipeline by reaching out to, qualifying, and guiding prospects throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Conduct persuasive sales calls, demos, and presentations, both outbound and inbound.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Taggrs and the world of data, privacy, and tracking technology.
  • Manage your pipeline, leads, and forecasts in HubSpot, ensuring a structured and data-driven approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure market feedback directly contributes to improving our proposition.
  • Meet and exceed your monthly targets and enjoy the thrill of closing new deals.
  • Report clearly on your sales pipeline, committed deals, and growth potential.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally in MarTech, AdTech, or analytics solutions
  • A proven record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience selling to marketing, e-commerce, or data teams, with a strong grasp of their challenges and KPIs
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, tracking, and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, consent management)
  • Comfortable discussing technical topics with developers and data teams, you don’t need to code, but you can translate tech into business value
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a scaling startup environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both C-level executives and operational stakeholders
  • A structured, analytical approach, you use data and CRM tools (like HubSpot) to manage your pipeline effectively
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, you stay ahead of digital trends and love testing new ideas
  • A collaborative attitude, you share insights, give feedback, and help shape our commercial strategy as we grow
  • Fluent German language skills and sales experience in the DACH region are a major plus, as Taggrs is expanding rapidly in German-speaking markets.
