Responsibilities
Together with colleagues from the respective consulting/conception teams, you are responsible for the success of the event, in particular:
Organizing and executing a variety of event formats that combine digital, in-person and live elements
Preparing, implementing, monitoring and following up on event and conference formats, including, where applicable, large-scale projects
Researching, commissioning and managing venues, service providers and trades
Assisting with the planning, management, execution and follow-up of invitation mailings and marketing/advertising campaigns (print and online)
Maintaining and updating event websites and digital tools
Requirements
University degree in event or project management, cultural or art studies, tourism or a related field, or a relevant vocational qualification is an advantage
Initial experience in the events sector (minimum 2 years; more experience preferred)
Experience in leading, managing and executing events, and in organization and project management
Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings
Experience in guest/invitation management and with CMS platforms is an advantage
Structured, reliable and team-oriented working style
Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and a customer-focused mindset
