About the role
- Product Manager overseeing the European circulator portfolio for Taco Italia. Focused on product data governance and cross-functional alignment in the HVAC market.
Responsibilities
- This role is crucial to support our European circulator portfolio in a rapidly evolving DHW and hydronic space heating/cooling market driven by heat pump adoption and energy efficiency goals.
- You will ensure accurate product data governance, manage lifecycle activities, and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain in our European facilities. You will work closely with our Product Management team based in Switzerland, you will help shape the portfolio strategy, support new product opportunities and ensure compliance with market needs and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field such as engineering, sciences, or business
- 3 years of product management experience in B2B technical domains, or 5+ years in technical roles (R&D, engineering) in HVAC, building services, or industrial pumps
- HVAC systems and product lifecycle management
- Basic project management principles (Waterfall / Agile)
- ERP, CRM, and PIM systems experience
- Data analysis (e.g., Excel, BI, and AI tools) and market research
- Languages: Italian and English
- Problem solving, analytical approach and results-oriented
- Great aptitude for teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and influence decisions
- Periodic travel <5% annually for cross-functional alignment and strategic planning meetings
