Strategic Product Manager leading the evolution of digital health products at Memed. Driving product lifecycle from opportunity discovery to value delivery for users and business.
Responsibilities
Deeply understand the product context, identifying the needs and pain points of our users (doctors, patients, and partners), the market, the health ecosystem, competitors, and regulations.
Lead the creation and evolution of the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that generate value for users, drive the business, and strengthen Memed's strategy.
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and other company areas (such as Data, Marketing, Commercial, SalesOps, and CX), ensuring alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
Make data-informed decisions, using quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and guide product development.
Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and focus on results.
Define and monitor performance metrics, set OKRs, and run experiments to accelerate learning and promote continuous product improvement.
Serve as a reference for product management best practices, contributing to strengthening the product culture within Memed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager for digital products, preferably in technology companies, healthtechs, fintechs, marketplaces, or SaaS.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis for decision-making (tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Indicative, Google Analytics, or similar).
Solid knowledge of frameworks and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, continuous Discovery, etc.).
Experience defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and managing the full product lifecycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate vision, strategy, and technical details to different audiences (business, technology, external stakeholders).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders.
Outcome-oriented mindset (Outcome > Output), focused on delivering real impact for users and the business.
Proactivity, ownership mentality, autonomy, and a problem-solving profile.
Differentiators: Experience in dynamic environments with multiple products and simultaneous workstreams, where context can change quickly and it is necessary to manage priorities strategically and adaptively.
