About the role
- Lead product strategy for Sophea Meet, an AI enterprise Meeting Intelligence platform. Responsible for product vision, roadmap, and alignment across teams.
Responsibilities
- Define the AI-driven product vision and long-term direction for Sophea Meet.
- Own and continuously refine the product roadmap, balancing user-facing features with foundational AI investments.
- Analyze market trends, customer workflows, and the competitive AI landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Identify and validate high-impact enterprise use cases where AI can deliver a 10x improvement.
- Drive a rigorous product discovery and validation process, incorporating user feedback and data to inform product decisions.
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrations with key enterprise productivity and management platforms.
- Align and inspire our Engineering, AI, Design, and GTM teams with a clear and compelling product narrative.
- Establish and monitor the key metrics that define success for an AI-powered product, from user engagement to the quality of AI-generated outputs.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping successful SaaS or platform products.
- A deep understanding of the AI product lifecycle and the nuances of building and scaling probabilistic products.
- Strong strategic and commercial orientation, with the ability to connect technology to business value.
- Experience working closely with technical teams and a foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts (ASR, NLP, LLMs).
- A background in AI, enterprise productivity software, or B2B SaaS is strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
