About the role

  • Sales Development Representative fostering relationships with schools for bilingual education initiatives. Engaging prospects and promoting the Systemic methodology for collaboration and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outreach and build relationships with prospective schools
  • Schedule visits
  • Assist the consultant in planning travel itineraries for meetings
  • Pre-qualify leads
  • Send initial introductory emails and commercial PPTs
  • Make phone contacts
  • Invite prospective schools to events
  • Maintain meticulous contact with schools
  • Attend events in person
  • Qualify visits and perform follow-up
  • Develop strategies to advance prospects through the sales funnel to contract closing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • 1 year of experience (preferred)
  • Basic English
  • Customer relationship skills
  • Knowledge of the company's products
  • Understanding of sales funnel stages
  • Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
  • Knowledge of the education market in Brazil
